Outstanding and honest auto care. A hard thing to come by nowadays. I sat in the lobby and did not hear them try to upsell customers, which happens to many people who have little car knowledge. I recommend this shop to all of my friends.

My VW, Jetta. Turbo, sedan has visited Triad Select for MANY THINGS...including a new transmission.I miss Jason..But I continue a business relationship here .. because they continue to deliver good, honest results..at a fair price and within a reasonable time.

After searching for a reliable & honest mechanic we have found one here at Triad auto select! We went in not 100% sure and we were told it was the Alternator. The mechanic let us know exactly what we needed what our options were and how much it would cost. They were very honest and understood the importance of our budget. We will be back for repairs and other car needs. Very polite and explained in ways that I understood(I know nothing about cars) WE WILL BE BACK!! Recommend 100 times over thanks for everything.

I've been going here for over two years. To find a shop and an owner that you can trust is very important, and Jason and his team always treat me fair, and they do good work at a reasonable price. They always aim to please, and they are easy to work with, super kind and friendly. Highly recommend. We take all of our cars there for repairs and oil changes.
